In July of 2019 I went to the Laveanne Lavender Fields in Port Hope, Ontario for the first time. I absolutely love the photos I was able to capture. This was a great way to get in some quick family photos. I ended up doing two mommy & me sessions, a couples session for my sister and her boyfriend, and a family shoot. Fun fact: lavender is a lot shorter than you might expect.
On April 7th Kaydan O’Brien made his arrival. This baby’s birth is particularly exciting because I am his Auntie Em. I’m lucky enough to be staying with my boyfriend’s family throughout this pandemic which means I get a lot of baby cuddles. I also get to take a lot of photos of him & his family. Although he is only about a week old, he is already so loved.

I am so blessed to be as close as I am to my boyfriend’s family. They have welcomed me with open arms and have fully embraced my photography quirks - random sessions and props included.
This will be Rachel & Keelan’s first child and I have no doubt that they will make amazing parents. I feel so privileged to know that I will get to be a part of this little guy’s life.
